Customer Reviews
Quick delivery, good stickers
Ordered 'floral stickers' and a 'washi tape dispenser'. Came in 6 days. Stickers are pretty. Dispenser works fine. Good store.
Consistent quality, reliable service
This was my third order from Journalsay, and they've been consistently good. This time I picked up some 'wax beads' and a 'wax seal stamp', along with more of their 'vintage decorative paper'. As with my previous orders for 'pet tape' and 'rubber stamps', the quality is always there. Shipping usually takes about a week to 10 days for me, which is what I expect now. The items are always exactly as described, and I haven't had any issues with packaging. They're my go-to for these kinds of supplies because I know what I'm getting.
Good quality, thoughtful packaging
I ordered the 'Vintage Ephemera Junk Journal Kit' and a few sheets of 'vellum paper'. The ordering process was straightforward on their site, no issues there. Shipping took about 8 days to get to me in Oregon, which felt reasonable for an online boutique. Everything arrived really well-packaged, individual items were even wrapped nicely, which I appreciated. The junk journal kit had a great variety, and the paper quality for the vellum was surprisingly good, not flimsy at all. I used it right away for a collage project. I had a quick question about tracking right after I ordered, and customer support replied within a day, which was helpful. Overall, a solid experience and good products for the price.
Nice items, shipping a bit slow
I bought a set of their 'aesthetic stickers' and a 'dot grid journal'. The stickers are super cute and look just like the pictures online. The journal's paper feels nice and thick, which is great for pens. My only minor complaint is that the shipping took almost two weeks to get to me. I've had faster shipping from other places. Everything was well-packed though, and nothing was damaged. I do like the products a lot, just wish they could speed up delivery a little.

Can you stack coupon codes at Journalsay? I have a first order discount and also saw a free shipping code.
Hey has anyone used an influencer code here? Saw one on a YouTube video but wasn't sure if they actually work or if it's just clickbait.
is this site legit? seems like a lot of cool stuff but i'm always wary of new online stores.
shipping to california, how long does that usually take? trying to get some stuff for a project this month.
Are their stickers actually good quality? Like, do they tear easily or feel super thin? I usually buy from Stickii Club but their themes aren't always what I need.
